KUHN innovative film binding system : Kuhn's latest film binding system mounted on the FBP3135 film binding model can be used simultaneously with the net system. / Kuhn's innovative film binding system uses a standard 750mm vinyl (approximately 25kg) of excellent adhesion, so there is no need for a separate special film. / If you use film binding, the cycle of replacing the vinyl in the wrapping area is lengthened, and it is convenient because you only need to remove the vinyl when dismantling the bale. It is easy to replace the wrap with the simple folding replacement method, and the net and vinyl can be easily selected with the dual system. / The bale pack is a side additional wrap storage space that can hold up to 10 rolls of spare wrap.

Pickup guide auxiliary wheels

The bale that has been tied together is transferred to the wrapping section. The wrapping table tilts forward to stably receive the bale. / The transfer table stably transfers the bale even on the slope.

When the bale is safely transferred to the wrapping part, the rear door of the baler closes automatically and quickly, preparing for binding. / The transfer table pushes the bale all the way, and the wide belt and guide rollers secure the bale on the wrapping table.

As the pick-up descends, engagement begins, and the tilted wrapping table takes its place in the normal position and starts wrapping at the same time / The shape of the bale is always constant, and the wrapping part provides complete and dust-free wrapping.

The state-of-the-art intelligent wrapping system produces well-sealed bales. The wrapping system provides 2D and 3D (for option) modes. / Depending on the crop, the optimal number of lap layers can be adjusted; and after wrapping is complete, it rotates the bale so that the wrap sticks well.

The bale is completed in the chamber by simultaneous operation, and the bale that has been wrapped is automatically lowered and discharged. / Manual lowering can be selected when wrapped veils are discharged, and the bale erecting device can be installed.
